Is it possible that you can change your entire mood simply by creating a thought?

Consider this:
When we have a thought our brains release a chemical that goes through our entire bodies. Now when that thought is negative, the chemical that is released causes our muscles to tense, causes our hands to sweat, causes our heart rate to go so fast that some of us even feel dizzy when we feel angry.

On the other side, when the thought is positive another chemical gets released and that chemical causes our bodies to relax. It dries out our palms, it slows down our heart rate to a comfortable peaceful rate. At the same time we all of the sudden have this focus and energy to live our lives and go after our dreams and enjoy all the adventure that’s before us.

Now the interesting things is all those sensations, which affect our moods, are caused by a chemical released from our brains. The chemical that’s released is determined by the thoughts we have. Every thought we have affects our entire body including our moods and the sensations that we have in our hearts.

Is it possible to change our entire mood simply by creating a new thought?

According to neuroscientists and all the research they’ve done and all the brain scans they’ve done on our behalf, the answer is ‘yes’.
.

Our thoughts influence everything. They influence our experience in the world, they influence the way our bodies feel, influence the moods that we have. Our thoughts create our lives.
.
Now the challenge we have is that most people don’t focus in on creating the thoughts they want to have and most people don’t know how to challenge the thoughts that come into their minds.
.

So I’m going to give you one tip to get you started today to taking charge of your thoughts which changes your mood and your body and your entire life.
.

The one tip is this:
Make a life-style determination that you are going to be a positive, energetic and happy joy-filled person.
.

Now what do I mean by that?
Shen we determine how were going to approach life and respond to situations then that influences our subconscious mind. In that determination we have to be active about it so we’ve talked about affirmations before in our daily affirmations we can include something like:
I am a positive energetic happy person
or I am determined to seek solutions not problems
or maybe something like: no matter what happens today, no matter what circumstance happens in my life, I will find the benefit that I can use for my own good.

You see if we just determine ahead of time how we’re going to respond, then it’s so much easier when life throws us curve balls to choose the positive happy energetic thought and the cool thing is when we choose that kind of thought it actually helps us to respond better and handle the situations better that come into our lives with so much more power.
.

So now the question before us is:  Do we truly believe that we can change our mood and change our feeling and change our life simply by creating the right thoughts? If the answer is yes, are we creating the right thoughts? And if not, are we willing to change and focus so that we can make that difference.
.

This is a great place to start.
You can create the life you want simply by choosing the thoughts you entertain.
You see, you create and control your thoughts.
They don’t control you.

You can create your life.
You can … if you want
