You mean jealousy, don’t you?

Ok

Ive never been jealous
.
Ok thats a lie.
Ive been jealous
but here’s what Ive decided:
Jealousy is useless.

Heres 3 quick reasons why
.
1. It takes energy and focus away from what we really want.
You know it takes time and mind power to be jealous. So, why not use that time and mind power to do something good?

2. When we think bad thoughts like jealousy our brain releases a chemical that makes our whole body feel gross. We talked about that in a previous video.

So, if we don’t want to feel like that then why think those thoughts?
.
3. Jealousy is deceiving.
.
Now
We’ve all known that perfect couple. They’re totally in love. They’re always holding hands and kissing. They have a big beautiful house and the most achievement oriented and perfect kids you’ve ever seen in your entire life.

Well, actually we all KNEW that perfect couple because they’re no longer together.

We all thought they had the perfect lives, but none of us knew what was going on behind those closed doors.

Jealousy is deceiving.
.
We almost never know the entire story.
.
So why not give the whole thing up?
.
Give up jealousy and use our energy and our focus and our attention to create something we truly want in our own lives?

I mean seriously.
You can create jealousy and focus on it if you want.
.
You can
but
why?
.
Why spend all that time and energy creating something that’s so deceiving and misleading and feels bad?
.
Why not put your energy to good use and create a life you truly want to live?
.
Give up jealousy.
.
Create the life you truly want and you won’t have time to think about what others think they have.

You really can create the life you want
If you give up putting your energy towards things that don’t help you.
